Customers should never send their bank card details, passwords, PINs or banking security information through WhatsApp or any other messaging service.

Orders are prepared after payment has been received and confirmed.

We use Royal Mail or another appropriate delivery service to send orders.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive a tracking reference where a tracked delivery service is used.
