1. Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase an item from Marian Treasury online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

Customers may handle an item as they would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

3. Return Postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless otherwise stated.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange an appropriate solution.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process any refund due within 14 days, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Where a customer exercises their legal right to cancel an online purchase, we will refund the cost of the standard delivery service paid at the time of purchase. If a more expensive delivery option was chosen, only the cost of the standard delivery service will be refunded.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another arrangement has been agreed with the customer.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact Marian Treasury as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and its packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Cancellation

Certain goods may be excluded from the usual cancellation rights where permitted by law. This can include personalised or custom-made items and certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
