Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

We will prepare your order for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the contact details provided with your order.

2. UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail. Depending on the size and nature of your order, an appropriate Royal Mail service will be selected.

Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking reference from Marian Treasury once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the Royal Mail service used and the destination.

Where Royal Mail Tracked 48 is used, Royal Mail currently aims to deliver within 2–3 working days for most UK addresses. This is a delivery aim and not a guaranteed delivery time.

Delivery times may be longer during weekends, bank holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs within the United Kingdom are shown automatically at checkout: UK Standard Delivery at £3.95, and UK Next-Day Delivery at £6.50.

You will always see your chosen delivery cost, and the full order total including delivery, before you confirm and send your order.

5. Tracking

For orders sent using a tracked Royal Mail service, Marian Treasury will provide the tracking reference after dispatch.

Royal Mail may provide delivery updates by SMS or email where the relevant notification service is available and the customer's contact details have been provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their full name, delivery address, email address and telephone number where requested.

6. Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before confirming your order.

Marian Treasury cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realise that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail may provide options for redelivery, collection or other delivery arrangements depending on the service and circumstances.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact Marian Treasury with your order number and tracking reference so that we can assist you.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable period or arrives damaged, please contact Marian Treasury as soon as possible.

For damaged parcels, please provide photographs of the packaging and the item where possible.

We will work with you and the delivery provider to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

9. International Delivery

We offer delivery to destinations outside the United Kingdom at a flat rate of £12.49, shown automatically at checkout alongside your order total.

Zone-specific international rates may be introduced in future. Any change will be reflected automatically at checkout before you confirm your order.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their destination country. These are not included in the delivery charge.
